Willow Women - Donna, founder of Patchouli Fair

Calling all free spirits, festival goers, boho fashionistas, rock chicks & lovers of vintage inspired fashion! I’d like to introduce you to a true British Bohemian & founder of Patchouli Fair…Donna!

After many years of wonderful adventures on her nomadic & gypsy travels, Donna decided to don her backpack once again & see what Mother India had to offer. From dancing in Spain to body piercing in England, from hostessing for Marco Pierre White to creating the tribute band Fleetwood Bac & floating around as Stevie Nicks, she was ready for another adventure. Falling in love with India & it’s remarkable people, who she now has the pleasure of working alongside. Together with her amazing artisans they produce pretty floral prints & embroidered fabrics which then transform into a romantic & timeless fashion.

Their Ethical & boho style now spills over into our colourful, gorgeous soft furnishings which will add a pop of colour into your abode, be it a house, boat or gypsy caravan…

From a Victorian circus, poppy filled meadow & hand painted caravan to a wild chaotic Indian festival, all of these things inspire her love of colour which you will find in their unique collection. Their delicious dresses (WITH POCKETS) are not only for the Summer but can be teamed with chunky knits & boots in the colder months to create a true boho look.

They combine a free spirited vision with a Fair Trade ethos & are a strong contender in this niche market. Using a visionary & transparent approach they ensure that their cumulative effect on the people they work with is overwhelmingly positive, as they continue to create job opportunities for disadvantaged workers. In a world full of cheap labour & environmentally disastrous manufacturing techniques, they are active in making a positive change in the world.

Donna is an absolute ray of sunshine and I'm so happy she got in touch. It was an instant yes from me!

The weather might have turned cold again but keep that vision of the summer holidays in sight and add a touch of Patchouli Fair to your wardrobe.
